Logoplaste is currently seeking to hire a Maintenance Administrator, to join the plant team in Inwood, WV (USA).

The Maintenance Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Maintenance Department. This role is responsible for coordinating work orders, maintaining records, tracking vendor services, managing documentation, and ensuring efficient communication between maintenance staff, vendors, and internal departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Tasks & Activities...

  • Create, track, and close work orders in the maintenance management system
  • Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for service appointments and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, warranties, and compliance documentation
  • Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment; assist with ordering as needed
  • Process invoices and verify work completion prior to payment
  • Maintain service contracts and track renewal dates
  • Prepare reports on maintenance performance, costs, and outstanding work orders
  • Respond to maintenance-related inquiries from staff and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Ensure documentation is compliant with company policies and safety regulations
  • Support audits and inspections by organizing required documentation

Who we are looking for...
Background and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative experience (maintenance, facilities, or property management experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
