The QHSE Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the plants' Health & Safety, Quality Management and Environmental Systems.

Key Tasks & Activities...

Auditing/Systems:

• Performs risk assessments
• Participates in Health & Safety meetings
• Performs Internal Auditing
• Analyzes Monthly HSE KPI statistics -Updates the ISO 18001 H&S system

Quality Control:

• Performs first off checks
• Performs Internal Auditing
• Updates IMTE calibrations
• Reports Monthly KPI Data
• Updates Intravista system regarding BRC, Health, Safety and Environmental global standards

Administration/Reporting

• Reports Near misses
• Establishes (RCA) Root Cause Analysis and closure)
• Investigates accidents

Who we are looking for...
Background and Experience

• 1-3 years of Healthy & Safety and Environmental knowledge
• 1-3 years of Product Quality Testing Experience
• Computer Literacy

Interpersonal Skills

• Work is moderately supervised
• Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy
• Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
• Supervisory approval is obtained on situations where practices and procedures do not exist or where deviations to existing procedures occur
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
