Logoplaste is looking for a driven Junior Quality Engineer for our location in Elst (Gld.). In this role, you have a key position in ensuring the quality and food safety of our products. From conducting internal audits and risk assessments to analyzing deviations and coaching colleagues; you ensure that processes function optimally. With your analytical and proactive approach, you make sure that we meet the highest standards and customer requirements, while making a direct contribution to our continuous improvement programs.

Tasks / Responsibilities
- Developing, conducting and directing Internal Audits and inspections for various departments in direct compliance to the FSSC 22000, EN 15343, HACCP and customer requirements.
- Developing, coaching and implementing continuous improvement strategies for main processes as quality, food safety, Injection Moulding and Stretch Blow Moulding processes.
- Setting up control limits for main process characteristics and quality characteristics.
- Supporting quality coordinators during their projects related to quality tasks.
- Preparing data for specification review.
- Compiling and reporting monthly on all QA statistics.
- Applying statistical principles to evaluate and solve process variability during qualification (CQV).
- Controlling Internal / external NCR with root cause analyses, corrective action through 8D report.
- Controlling supplier chain (include Incoming deliveries), NCR´s, corrective actions.
- Coaching FMEA for Injection and Blow Moulding process, general update based on internal / external NCR.
- Performing risk assessments that’s needed to maintain the quality and food safety standards.
- Creating and controlling COA / COC for external deliveries.
- Taking care of supplier and service provider activities related to quality and food safety.
- Understanding of problem-solving and quality improvement tools and techniques. This includes knowledge of management and planning tools, quality tools, preventive and corrective actions, and how to overcome barriers to quality improvements.
We are looking for...
Background and experience
- Strong interest in quality control systems and labwork.
- Experience with or interest in HACCP and hygienic rules.
Technical skills
- Minimum MBO 4 level (secondary vocational) of eduction.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Interest in quality standards such as FSSC 22000, EN 15343, and HACCP, with a strong motivation to further develop expertise.
- Familiarity with tools such as SPC, FMEA, 5-Why, 8D reports, PDCA, and Ishikawa diagrams is a plus.
- Knowledge of Minitab or SAP is a plus.

Working hours
- Dayshift (40 hours a week)
