Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Plant Manager Trainee to join our Team in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

The Plant Manager Trainee position is ideal for someone with some manufacturing experience who wants to grow into a leadership role. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn plant operations, production, quality, maintenance, and safety while supporting daily activities and gaining experience over time. Trainees will also gain exposure to plant-level financial performance and learn how to manage budgets and KPIs.

Candidates must be open to relocation to any of our U.S. plants.

Key Tasks &Activities...

  • Support daily plant operations including production, maintenance, and logistics.
  • Learn operational processes including quality checks, equipment uses, and safety practices.
  • Rotate through departments to understand how different areas of the plant work together.
  • Assist with data collection and reporting on production, downtime, and efficiency.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives and help identify solutions for everyday issues.
  • Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Take direction from leadership and participate in training sessions and meetings.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support learning and operations.

Who we are looking for...

  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
  • Eagerness to grow into a leadership position.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Able to work flexible shifts if needed.
