Logoplaste UK are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Assistant to join our UK HR & Payroll team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in HR, supporting day-to-day operations and helping deliver a positive employee experience.

This role will report to the UK HR Generalist and will support 4 Manufacturing sites across the UK.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process; including posting job ads, CV screening, right to work, offers and contracts.
  • Support managers with any employee relations processes and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems; Success Factors, Skillsoft and CV Warehouse.
  • Support HR administration and reporting; including contracts, letters, KPIs, newsletters, annual reviews, training.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide first-line HR support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ACAS and UK employment law.

Who we are looking for…

  • CIPD Level 3 minimum, with previous experience in a HR Administrative/Advice role
  • Excellent knowledge of the ACAS Code of Practice
  • Previous experience in Manufacturing (at least 1 year desired)
  • Experience with HR Systems – Success Factors (advantageous)
  • Basic payroll awareness (advantageous)
  • Recruitment process experience (advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Confidentiality and a professional attitude
