Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Country Admin Coordinator to join the plant team in Plainfield, IL (USA).

The Country Admin Coordinator position is a point of contact for all administrators cross country; assisting in solving issues operationally within the sites, providing support and helping to ensure that deadlines are met and work is efficient. This position is responsible for implementing work procedures and contributing to problem solutions.

Key Tasks & Activities...

Weekly reporting / invoicing:

  • Invoices all clients based on agreed billing cycle; which includes ensuring the plants have reconciled and stepping in when problems arise with credits or disputed invoices
  • Monitors, on a weekly basis, open items in Accounts Payable VIM system to maintain a low number of blocked invoices
  • Monitors, on a monthly basis, open PO's to keep the SAP system clean and help to ensure no invoices are missed
  • Creates, prepares and delivers reports to various departments and plant managers as needed (R&M spend, investment maps, costs)

Support for plant administrators:

  • Supports plant administrators, and/or back up (on leave or have left the company)
  • Assists and steps in, on issues regarding the Accounts Payable VIM system, supply chain or in any other non-managerial capacity

Training:

  • Connects with the administrators on a monthly basis to provide trainings and focus on weak areas to foster personal growth/development
  • Establishes relations with other departments (SAP, supply chain, Accounting) to keep growing own skills, to become an 'expert'
  • Coordinates group training sessions, for development opportunities
  • Trains plants on-site (periodically) for updated trainings ; works with the new start-up plants to ensure correct practices from the start
  • Acts as a point of contact for new plant administrators training and creates specific training plans

Who we are looking for...

Background and Experience

  • 5-7 years experience required
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • SAP proficient, intermediate Excel, knowledge of Accounting and finance
  • Strategic planning experience preferred and any relevant training experience is also valued
