Job Summary
The Internal Communication Manager is responsible for sharing Logoplaste’s strategy, objectives, operational vision, sustainable drive, culture, values, news and accomplishments, worldwide by managing global internal communication, catered to all audience profiles and segmented according to available channels.
Ensures employer branding, tone and consistency for all material, be it content, graphical or multimedia, guaranteeing standard corporate image across the board.
Supports all teams, areas, departments and sites in their local initiatives, requests and projects.
Is responsible for promoting, as well as upkeeping and feeding all internal channels: intranet, corporate television, newsletters, global emails, posters, announcements.
Is responsible for budget and budget decisions for Internal Communication.
Key tasks & Activities
Communication Support
- Supports all company departments, sites and global areas in their internal communication needs
- Implements and monitors strategies, content and channel, to evaluate performance and message impact
- Designs communication plans and campaigns
- Helps defining and elaborating messaging for various stakeholders
Content Management:
- Conveys top management information and helps drill down key messages
- Ensures important content is delivered in a comprehensive manner
- Searches and promotes relevant company content and team related information within business units
- Writes, translates, adapts and deploys information to be prepared for the different channels
Channel Management:
- Defines which content goes to what channels, and what is the best presentation format
- Monitors channel performance to evaluate impact worldwide
Project Management:
- Develops and creates new strategies to captivate employees’ attention and engagement
- Elaborates annual communication plan
- Defines and controls budget
- Manages and motivates team
- Prepares status reports
Who we are looking for…
Background and Experience
- Bachelor`s degree in Internal Communication or Marketing
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience as Internal Communication or Marketing & Communication
Technical Skills
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (verbal and written)
- Holist view of desk and non-desk employees' needs
Interpersonal Skills
- Strong Communication & Negotiation Abilities: Effectively conveys ideas and reaches mutually beneficial outcomes through persuasive and empathetic dialogue.
- Active Listening: Demonstrates a genuine understanding of others’ needs, concerns, and motivations to build trust and meaningful connections.
- Project Management Expertise: Applies structured planning, clear communication, and stakeholder alignment to drive projects to successful completion.
