Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Manufacturing System Engineer to join the team in Plainfield, IL (USA).

As a Manufacturing Systems Engineer you will work as part of the global and/or site engineering team, to lead and/or support deployment of digital industrial as well as business support for the solutions. The development and integration of digital with industrial processes, as well of identification of business requirements are the base of your work. You will play a critical role in the interaction between digital and business being the first level of contact for DOS for diagnostic and problem solving. You need to understand the complexity of the environment the Digital operation system operate in, while providing industrial processes improvement feedback toward the Digital Logoplaste framework. As a Manufacturing Systems Engineer, you will apply working knowledge of the manufacturing processes and interactions between digital and processes twin to support the production of high-quality product, on time and in full. Will be part of an active and inovating team and can report to DOS Lead, DOS Mng or DOS Director

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Operation Systems projects:
- Makes an initital assessment of the state of the art of the plants as well as gap analysis for digital being used
- Implements Digital Operation tools
- Identifies requierments for change requests and evolutive projects - Initial Assessment
- Manages relation with the supplier, plant, corporate and Digital Team 
- Manages with the different couterparts the deployment tasks: tests, go live, training and training material for projects
- Manages the hypercare fase as single point of contact for project 
- Records and tracks system implementation KPIs up until adoption
- Supports and give ideas to shift behaviours for change management happening with the implementartion digital tools

Ongoing Support to all Digital Operation Systems solutions for the plants
- Is the first level of support and iteraction with business related with digital operation solutions implemented
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots issues
- Gives reguar training in tools installed in each facility
- Supports data analyses 
- Supporys business management in reports and analyses 
- Identifies continuous improvement oportunities in the digital side

Consistency among different system, analyses and correction triggering
- Conducts periodical analyses from different systems in order to assure data consistency
- Identifies gaps and suggests improvements
- Implements KPI recording

COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years experience required
• Manufacturing Experience
• Training capabilities, digital systems knowledge, theorotical industry concepts
