Key Tasks & Activities..

The Warehouse Coordinator I is directly responsible for the supervision of all warehouse activities to ensure successful and accurate delivery of product meets the customer.

• Assists the manager in supervision of all internal and external warehouse activities to maintain sustained service levels to customers
• Maintains physical condition and organization of internal and external warehouses
• Gives hands on assistance for loading and unloading if necessary to assist the shifts to complete loads or paperwork
• Maintains Daily Inventory of all FG & RM for both plants.
• Participates in monthly physical inventory counts and reconciliations.. Ensures monthly inventory of warehouse and accurately reports all information
• Ensures all paperwork to customer is accurate when shipping product
• Records and processes warehouse documentation as well as safety records
• Ensures Forklifts/Equipment are properly maintained
