Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Team in Inwood, WV.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Logoplaste drives operational and process excellence by continuously evaluating and re-imagining talent attraction and acquisition processes. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, this role will support day-to-day operations and deliver solutions to the company’s overall talent goals.

Key Tasks &Activities...

  • Partner with Business Leaders and Hiring Managers to understand short and long-term hiring needs and help develop strategies with HR Leadership to fulfill these needs.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies and communications in support of hiring demands.
  • Conduct searches using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to candidate outreach, online searches, job postings, internal database searches, industry organizations and associations, referrals and third-party search firms.
  • Proactively and creatively network and source to develop candidate relationships
  • Persuasive and effective write emails, job postings, and templates to attract candidates.
  • Pre-screen candidates over the phone, drive the interview process, and follow up with hiring managers for feedback.
  • Support the definition of the company as an employer of choice for all key talent segments.
  • Advise hiring partners on critical decisions throughout the hiring process, including resume review, interview process, and overall process improvement.
  • Preparation of offer letters and background checks.
  • Negotiate offers to candidates and facilitate their pre -onboarding process.
  • Ability to travel amongst US-based plant locations for campus and job fair recruitment as needed.
  • Support other HR related projects, duties, and tasks as required.

Who we are looking for...

Background and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree a plus
  • Minimum of two years experience in recruiting
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting a plus
  • Ability to understand changing market dynamics and subsequently be creative in finding candidates to fit those parameters.
  • Proactively engage in discussions to identify opportunities for improvement across all areas of talent acquisition.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel, PowerPoint, as well as other web-based systems

Interpersonal Skills

  • A superior sense of urgency with the demonstrated ability to deliver results.
  • Ability to succeed in fast past environments and adapt to change quickly.
  • Flexibility and responsiveness in managing multiple projects in sometimes high-pressure situations simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills (written and verbal), and team-based project experience
