Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant to integrate the Office Support team.

Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, you will be required to work as an integral part of the team.

Job Summary

The Senior Executive Assistant ensures an effective use of Board Members' time and fosters a welcoming and functional workplace.

 

Key tasks & Activities...

Executive Assistant

  • Coordinates the Board Members' agenda ensuring time allocation matches defined priorities
  • Fosters meeting effectiveness by ensuring preparatory materials are distributed to participants in advance and all necessary materials and tools are available and working correctly
  • Provides high-level administrative support to senior executives
  • Organizes company events

 

Office Management

  • Ensures the office is a space of productive work that contributes for employees engagement
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures
  • Liaises with the different internal teams that provide services to the headquarters and manages external suppliers

 

Who we are looking for…

Background and Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in the same position in an international company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Secretariat/ International Relations (is a plus)

 

Technical Skills

  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Portuguese
  • Good level of French (is a plus)
  • Good level of Germany (is a plus)
  • MS Office, specially Word and Excel
  • Experience of working with SAP (is a plus)

 

Interpersonal Skills

  • Highly driven individual focused on continuously enhancing the team's efficiency and effectiveness
  • Flexible with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • Team player with strong collaboration capabilities
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
