Logoplaste UK, is currently seeking to recruit a Team Leader in Coleford.

Reporting directly to the Production Manager you will be required to work as an integral part of the team and be able to demonstrate a good hands-on approach.

Key Tasks & Activities

• Maintaining a safe working environment
• Manage the team on a day to day to basis
• Keep the daily operations of the organisation flowing smoothly. Providing support, direction and assistance to the team in all areas.
• Daily interaction with the customer - ability to communicate clearly and have knowledge of our products for an effective resolution.
• Create and sustain a culture that is aligned to Logoplaste’s corporate values and principles by role-modelling behaviours, motivating, encouraging and recognising the contribution of Team Members.

Who we are looking for…

Background and Experience

• Previous experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Have a broad range of experience in different areas of Production.
• Knowledge of our Automation System is advantageous.
• Experienced in Logoplaste’s production and supply processes.
• Demonstrate recognised levels of competence that are consistent with the role.
• Demonstrate potential to lead, engage, train and develop direct reports

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Time management.
• Leadership skills.
• You will have a good working knowledge of relevant legislation, including Health & Safety.

Interpersonal Skills

• Flexibility and reliability are essential for this position.
• Possess good interpersonal skills, along with excellent organizational skills and job prioritization.
• Experience in providing support to the team
• Effective communicator at all levels
• Effective trouble shooter
