Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Warehouse Coordinator, to join the team in Grapevine, TX (USA).

Key Tasks & Activities...

  • Moves and organizes all materials in accordance to FIFO practices.
  • Must have understanding of shipping and receiving of raw material.
  • Fills out shipping manifest and loads trailers for with finished product for deliveries when needed
  • Prepares BOL’s and COA’s for product shipping
  • Monitors production as totes are filled, removing, closing, ticketing and placing in warehouse.
  • Supports production crew where needed.
  • House Keeping
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast pace environment.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Maintains appropriate levels of prepared Dunnage for production packaging.
  • Ensures product is properly labelled and recorded.
  • Performs Quality check as need for final inspection of product
  • Performs daily safety inspection of department forklift and completes required paperwork.
  • Safely operates industrial forklift.
  • Disposes of scrap and recycling – may utilize bailers or grinders.
  • Must perform rework/sorting duties as it happens.
  • Observes all company safety policies and procedures as well as maintaining good housekeeping and GMP/Global Food Safety practices
  • Conduct daily inventory

Who we are looking for...

  • Experience in a similar role, or experience working in a factory environment or experience working as a craftsman. A previous work experience in the plastics industry would be considered an advantage, but is not a must.  Previous forklift experience is required
  • Good experience and knowledge in warehouse management
  • Good interpersonal skills – ability to read/write English
  • Perform basic math functions
  • Perform basic clerical skills, maintain Bill of Lading paperwork
  • Ability to climb, sit, stand and walk on a varying basis throughout work schedule
  • Ability to carry and/or maneuver up to 75 pounds
