Job Summary
We are looking for a tech-savvy and design-oriented Internal Communication & Digital Platforms Specialist to manage and continuously improve the digital platforms that support internal communication and employer branding — including our intranet, corporate website, Microsoft 365 tools, and internal TV. This role bridges content creation, platform usability, and visual design, ensuring employees have access to relevant, engaging, and well-structured communication. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating digital content, optimizing platform usability, and ensuring seamless technical operation across channels. You’ll be collaborating with HR, IT, and external partners to enhance the employee digital experience and maintain consistency across all communication platforms.

 

 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Website & Digital Platforms Management

  • Maintain and update content across the corporate website and internal communication platforms — both content and tech wise — ensuring they are user-friendly, accessible, visually aligned with brand guidelines, and integrated with other tools when needed.
  • Manage the website CMS (Umbraco), ensuring consistent design, structure, and messaging.
  • Manage the integration of the internal recruitment platform (CV Warehouse) into the website.
  • Liaise with IT and external vendors to resolve issues, implement improvements, and support platform upgrades.

Intranet & Microsoft 365 Tools Administration

  • Create and manage the SharePoint-based intranet (pages, sub-sites, posts, etc).
  • Ensure design consistency and usability across SharePoint and related tools.
  • Leverage Microsoft 365 tools (Viva Engage) to support communication strategy.
  • Partner with IT and external providers to improve or customize digital solutions.

LogoTV – Internal Corporate TV

  • Manage and schedule content for LogoTV, using Samsung’s Magic Info platform.
  • Create and curate playlists supporting communication plan & company culture.
  • Recommend creative content formats to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Upload and edit multimedia content (videos, banners, animations), using platform authoring tools.
  • Monitor screen performance and resolve broadcast issues with IT support.

 

 

Who We Are Looking For

Background & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in internal communication, digital content, or platform management.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco, WordPress), Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.

 

Digital & Design Skills

  • Strong visual communication and digital layout skills.
  • Comfortable managing content across websites, intranets, and digital signage platforms.
  • Proficient in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Viva Engage, etc.)
  • Proven experience with Umbraco, Worldrpess or similar.
  • Basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

 

Soft Skills

  • Tech-savvy and eager to explore new platforms and tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a solution-driven approach.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with HR, IT, and external vendors.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (verbal and written) is required.
