The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to senior management.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet visitors and employees in a professional manner
  • Maintain visitor logs and contractor badges
  • Sort and distribute mail to the appropriate personnel/department
  • Stock and monitor PPE, office, and cafeteria supplies for reorder
  • Coordinating UPS Shipments
  • Filing documents
  • Prepare correspondence and documents
  • Conduct new-hire orientation and provide onboarding support
  • Provide backup payroll and other HR support to Plant Administrator
  • Conduct physical inventories and assist Logistics Coordinator with reconciliation of discrepancies
  • Provide production data entry support to Production Manager
  • Confirm receipt of shipped goods through customer portal
  • Provide administrative support to all departments
  • Any other duties as assigned by manager

COMPENTENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be Bilingual - English/Spanish
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills·
  • Minimum 1 year experience in related field·
  • Attention to detail and organization; ability to meet deadlines·
  • Excellent interpersonal skills·
  • Proficient in Excel, Power Point and Word required; SAP knowledge preferred.
