Logoplaste is looking for an Assistant Shift Leader for our plant in Elst (Gld.). For this position it is essential that you have strong leadership skills and experience in a production environment. You will report directly to the Shift Leader and work within a production team of 9 people in total.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Reports to the Shift Leader and works within a production team of 9 people in total.
• Acting for the Shift Leader during his/her absence.
• Provides support, guidance and assistance to team members in all areas of the production process.
• Analyzes production and quality to identify problems.
• Performs product changes, such as mold conversions.
• Works closely with Process Engineers and the Quality, Warehouse and Maintenance departments, focusing on effective communication.
• Ensures strict adherence to Health & Safety, Food Safety and Housekeeping guidelines.
• Participation in the FAFS team is mandatory.

Who we are looking for...

Profile

• Completed MBO level 3 education or demonstrable MBO+ working and thinking level through a combination of education and practical experience.
• 3 to 5 years work experience in an (industrial) production environment.
• Knowledge and experience with plastics technology, specifically in injection and blowmolding.

Technical Skills

• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Good command of both Dutch and English in word and writing is essential.
