Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Project Manager to join one of our Teams in Inwood, WV.

The Project Manager is responsible to plan, lead, organize, execute and finalize packaging projects according to strict guidelines and budget. It is the expectation that the Project Manager motivates the team and acts as an interface with customers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Plan and schedule using the appropriate tools to complete assigned projects

· Prepare and maintain project, stage and exception plans as required

· Monitor contractors and sub-contractors throughout project

· Setting direction for the team and coordination of activities across different functions

· Design and apply appropriate project management standards

· Maintain an awareness of other projects

· Managing risks and using contingency planning

· Adopt and apply appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards

· Delegation and use of project roles within the agreed reporting structure

· Track project milestones and deliverables for each task and promote action plans to keep project on track

· Identifies clear objectives, resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities

· Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to the client

· Effectively applies the company methodology and enforces project standards

· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment

· Manages project budget and ensures timely and accurate invoicing

· Prepare budget quotation and commercial offer in collaboration with the Technical Director

· Other duties as assigned by Manager

COMPENTENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

· Recognized academic or professional qualifications in the rigid plastic packaging development and processing

· Injection, stretch blow molding and extrusion blow molding experience required

· Knowledge in mold construction and project for the plastics technologies above

· Maintains and awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application in areas relevant to the company

· Motivated for continued education in the industry

· Possess a good understanding of teams (HR Management)

· Mechanical aptitude and hands on approach

· Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing operations and maintenance engineering

· Highly motivated, results oriented

· Good working knowledge of relevant legislation, including health and safety

· Strong analytical and decision-making skills

· Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point
