Job Summary

The Receptionist ensures a welcoming, organized, and efficient front‑office environment while supporting administrative tasks and maintaining smooth communication across the site.

 

Key tasks & Activities:

Reception:

- Greets and welcomes guests and visitors

- Directs visitors to appropriate person

- Ensures reception area is tidy and presentable                                     

Phone Contacts:

- Answers, screens and forwards incoming phone calls

- May have to deal with more unpleasant people who insist on having the call transferred, while maintaining Logoplaste's image

- Takes notes and makes calls that are requested, establishing communication between the interlocutors "                                     

Correspondence Management:

- Supports and replaces the Administrative Assistant in receiving, registering and forwarding mail

- Supports and replaces the Administrative Assistant in processing purchase orders related to correspondence and in the SAP system

Meeting rooms:

-Manages meeting rooms schedules

- Ensures meeting rooms are tidy and organized

 

Who we are looking for…
Background and Experience

  • High School
  • 1–3 years of experience

 

Technical Skills

  • Solid Knowledge of MS Office with Advanced Excel;
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.

 

Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong communication skills and welcoming presence.
  • Customer‑service mindset with a positive, professional attitude
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
  • Proactive approach to problem‑solving.
