Logoplaste is currently seeking a Junior Account Manager to join the team in Plainfield, IL (USA).

Key Responsibilities:

Account Support & Development

• Assist in the execution of commercial strategies for assigned accounts.
• Prepare client meetings with data analysis, presentations, ideas
• Support senior account managers in identifying new business opportunities and preparing proposals.
• Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.

Customer Relationship Management

• Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries.
• Help maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Operational & Administrative Support

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and commercial documentation.
• Support contract management and compliance processes.
• Participate in internal meetings and contribute to account planning sessions.

Who We’re Looking For:

Background & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, plastic processing or chemical engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales support, or customer service (preferably in manufacturing, packaging, or related industries).
• Familiarity with the North American rigid container market is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.
