Logoplaste is currently seeking for a Project Manager to lead the preparation and execution of funded projects (e.g. PRR, Horizon Europe) within our Logoplaste Innovation Lab (iLAB).

Job Summary
As Ilab Project Manager for Funded Projects, you will be responsible for steering the full lifecycle of innovation projects funded by programs such as PRR and Horizon Europe. You will lead technical proposals development, coordinate multi-partner consortia, and ensure successful project execution from concept to delivery. Working at the intersection of iLAB, CAD, Logomould, and Operations, you will drive initiatives in sample production, anti-counterfeiting, and sustainable packaging, contributing directly to Logoplaste’s mission of shaping a better world through mindful packaging solutions.
Key tasks & Activities:
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of funded innovation projects, from opportunity identification and proposal development through to project completion.
• Prepare and submit technical proposals, coordinating internal experts and external partners to ensure alignment with program objectives, eligibility rules, and evaluation criteria.
• Manage multi-partner consortia and act as the main point of contact for funding bodies, external partners, and internal departments.
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to deliver project work packages and outputs, from prototypes and samples to pilot trials.
• Ensure project outputs meet quality, technical, and financial requirements, including timely reporting on project progress and results.
• Identify project risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation actions and driving continuous improvement across projects.
• Capture, document, and share project knowledge, best practices, and results within Logoplaste to maximize long-term innovation impact.
Who we are looking for…
Background and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Materials or Chemical).
• 1–3 years of project management experience with multidisciplinary teams, ideally within rigid plastic packaging or similar industry.
• Proven exposure to funded programs and consortium environments is a strong plus.
Technical Skills
• Solid Knowledge of MS Office with Advanced Excel;
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
• Project Management expertise.
Interpersonal Skills
• Self-driven and proactive, with a strong ability to prioritize, organize, and deliver results independently against KPIs.
• Quick to integrate and build trust, collaborating effectively across partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Confident, clear communicator who influences stakeholders and keeps projects moving under tight deadlines.
• Curious problem solver, comfortable with varied and moderately complex challenges in technical innovation environments.
• Available for international travel.
