Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit an Internal Auditor - Logistics to integrate the Operating System & Metrics (OSM) department of Logoplaste.

Job Summary

Evaluate and provide assurance as to the plants level of compliance against the company’s corporate logistics policies and procedures.

Perform analysis and evaluate the reliability of business and ERP data.

Regular review, develop new and/or update the logistics corporate policies and procedures.

Work closely with plants’ teams, providing support, training and recommendations that could improve the level of compliance (corporate logistics policies and procedures).


Key tasks & Activities

  • Perform logistic processes audits in plants groupwide to evaluate compliance with corporate policies and procedures and evaluate the integrity and reliability of the ERP data
  • Compiles and issues audit reports which reflect the findings, observations and recommendations to improve the compliance
  • Present audit findings to Plant Management and Senior Management
  • Provide training and support to ensure better understanding of the corporate policies and procedures
  • Undertake ad-hoc analysis as may be required and prepare and present findings to facilitate decision-making
  • Liaise with all relevant departments and all levels of the organization, as well as, external entities (if necessary)
  • Work closely and collaborate with other team members in studies (ad-hoc and routine) and other team activities
  • Regular review and update of the Logistics Corporate Processes, Best Practices and the Audit Methodology
  • Understand and support in the compilation of the industrial metrics and KPIs global reports
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by management


Who we are looking for…

Background and Experience

  • Degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business Administration/ Management
  • Previous contact with industrial/manufacturing environment
  • Experience in an equivalent function is an advantage

Technical Skills

  • Fluent in English (Mandatory)
  • Proficient user in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Advanced Level of Excel knowledge (Mandatory)
  • Knowledge of other systems (such as: SAP; BW; SharePoint; PowerBI; and Visio) is a plus
