Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit a Plant Administrator to join the team in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Position: Maintenance Support Administrator

Reporting to: Plant Manager

This is full-time position that requires an individual that is self-motivated, willing to learn, and has a great attitude. Logoplaste Edmonton is a 24/7 manufacturing operation with a total of 42 employees.

Hours of Work:

Hours of work will be eight (8) hours per day, Monday to Friday.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES·

  • Assist Maintenance Team/Plant Manager with maintenance inquiries/issues
  • Management of files, procedures and policies
  • Monitor Maintenance Team training hours
  • Attend meetings where necessary
  • Any duties required by the management of the business
  • Working with the shift Maintenance Technician to input data onto SAP
  • Communicate with Contractors to schedule maintenance work and prepare quotations for maintenance work
  • Ensure all contractors are aware of the companies H&S policies and completed the contractor control induction

Daily, Weekly, Monthly - Operation Responsibilities

  • Check and input maintenance machine hours figures into SAP
  • Create maintenance work orders on SAP for machine interventions
  • Log the Maintenance team hours
  • Assist in maintenance spares stock take
  • Ensure all PM’s are completed on SAP in a timely manner
  • Assist with maintenance PM set-up on SAP
  • Assist plant manager with month end (KPI’s)
  • Check stock and create purchase orders for all maintenance items
  • Complete all purchase/Stock order queries for maintenance items
  • Ensure all GRN’s are complete on SAP for all maintenance purchase orders
  • Communicate with account on all Maintenance Invoice concerns or issues
  • Communicate with vendors in regards to material, delivery, and invoice(s) matter

Competencies and Qualifications:

  • Must be able to demonstrate strong, positive customer and people management skills
  • Must have good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer systems – Excel, word, PowerPoint, SAP
  • Be able to work well under pressure
  • Be extremely organized
  • Work with others and give directions as required
